HR Open Standards is partnering with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation on the JDX JobSchema+ Project. The Chamber Foundation recently announced the public feedback period is open on the project which looks to significantly evolve the existing data standard for job postings. HR Open is proud to be working on this project that will support more diverse hiring needs and in-demand skills and competencies in a modern workplace. This project closely relates to HR Open Standards mission to enable innovation in the HR Technology Industry by providing a turnkey solution to the problem of data exchange.

We had another great year at the 2019 Annual Meeting. Attendees gathered from around the globe to hear about trends in HR technology, where HR is headed in the future, and government initiatives to standardize HR and job data exchanges. The conference allowed workgroups to come together, work on standard initiatives, and network. It was a successful conference and great way to ring in the 20h Anniversary of HR Open Standards.

The B-building in Amsterdam was the setting for the annual HR Open Standards Fall Community Meeting on Thursday, October 25 . The meeting focused on knowledge sharing, collaboration, and the importance of standards in data exchange. The successful event hosted over 30 visitors that were enthusiastically discussing the application and benefits of HR Open Standards and implementation throughout the event.
